His expertise in creative production, combined with his sharp business acumen, has been instrumental in shaping the company's success. A true visionary, Simeon is deeply involved in every aspect of the company's growth, from managing operations to building a collaborative culture that prioritizes excellence.
With a strong background in film, photography, and audio-visual production, Simeon brings over a decade of hands-on experience to his role. His skills in bridging the gap between creativity and practicality ensure seamless project execution, consistently delivering exceptional results. Film has always been a part of Simeon's life—from his early fascination with camera work to his current role overseeing creative production, he sees film as a unique art form that blends various disciplines into a single powerful medium.
Simeon's personal goal is to inspire high-level craftsmanship in others, proving that raw talent is just the starting point and that true growth comes from consistent focus and pushing past one's limits. He thrives in environments that encourage collaboration and has a talent for empowering his team to exceed expectations. When he's not leading the creative production process, Simeon enjoys voice acting, photographing cosplay, and reminiscing about classic anime like IGPX. A lifelong fan of local media, he still dreams of one day making an appearance on GPTV.
Simeon's approach to work is guided by a simple philosophy: "If you show up and prepare properly, you'll do exactly what you're meant to." This mindset not only drives his own work ethic but also motivates those around him to perform at their best. Yoshua Israel, Vision & Partnerships

With his leadership extending beyond daily operations, Yoshua envisions long-term success while continually working to maximize every resource at his disposal to benefit the company and expand its reach and impact in the creative industry.
His passion for film lies in the power of world-building and the ability to immerse an audience completely in a storyteller's vision. Yoshua admires directors like Wes Anderson for their use of symmetry, colors, and carefully crafted character backgrounds that breathe life into every frame. He believes that film is not just about telling a story, but about creating a world that audiences can step into and live within.
Professionally, Yoshua aspires to build enough influence and success to become a model of excellence for filmmakers worldwide. His goal extends beyond personal achievement—he wants to inspire the next generation of creatives, lifting others as he climbs. Outside of his professional life, Yoshua is an avid tennis player who will take on anyone willing to step onto the court, and he has a deep love for coconut water that matches his passion for film.
Yoshua lives by two guiding principles: "He who serves best is most profitable," believing that true success comes from being a steward of talent and helping others realize their full potential, and "I'm Hyman Roth, so made all my partners rich"—his commitment to making those around him wealthy, but only those who are loyal, reciprocal, and truly contribute to the shared vision. These philosophies drive his approach to leadership and partnership in everything he does.

Stephanie "Meech" Amichia, COO
She is passionate about engaging and capturing moments with people in their creative essence, cultivating art and community simultaneously. She views art as the language of the soul, making her role in creating someone's vision a deeply meaningful responsibility that she will never stop loving. This approach transforms every project into a means of vulnerability and connectivity, allowing her to be trusted with bringing others' creative visions to life.
Beyond her professional work, Stephanie finds joy in the simple pleasures of life—relaxing days of TV and movies, hiking on warm but cloudy days, or reading a book on a swing. Her deepest interest lies in people themselves, particularly sociology and psychology, as she enjoys understanding the what, why, and how of a person from their perspective. As a mother to an amazing and joyful little boy who's already half her 6'1" height at just 5 years old, she brings a nurturing perspective to all her interactions. Her colleagues might be surprised to learn about her athletic background—she earned a full ride basketball scholarship to LSU after being called up from middle school to play varsity during summer leagues.
Stephanie's professional aspirations center on scaling The Blueprint is Black into a daytime or late night talk show, following in the footsteps of icons like Oprah. Her vision extends beyond entertainment to community restoration—using the platform to tell everyday stories of unique and powerful experiences while leveraging success to build schools, provide free childcare and health services, and revitalize educational opportunities for children who deserve better.
Guided by the mantra "It's not for you," Stephanie approaches her creative work with the understanding that art belongs to the audience and community who gravitate toward it. She believes creative work exists for those who truly need it, those whose existence becomes different because someone chose to create. This philosophy, combined with her openness to gathering different perspectives and philosophies from various walks of life, allows her to remain flexible and moved by circumstances rather than bound by rigid thinking.
